Risk & Reward Tool Blank Screen Fix

I recently got the Risk Reward tool paid version. However, when I go to the settings tab I only get a white screen. I have Windows 11 Home.

Hi, This was reported by a customer in 2023, you can find the thread here.

Do you have all your service packs installed and what type of computer are you using?

Can you upgrade to Windows Pro?

I'm on a Personal Computer. I cannot upgrade to windows pro. I've tried the steps in those thread but still not working.
I'm trying to use it on prop firm cTrader. Does that change anything?

This is difficult for us to investigate as it was only reported once before, could you share your OS build number, this is mine below which is Windows 11 Home.

We are also in the process of removing the settings panel and using the default cBot settings for Mac users, this would fix this issue, but it will take time and the problem you are having will affect any product that uses a custom interface.

Are you using cTrader v 4.8.3?

Yes, I am using cTrader v 4.8.3.

If you have time we could ask you for additional information so we can investigate as this happens very rarely, we would still like to find out why it happened.

The issue could be with your regional settings, can you change regional settings on the PC to the UK?

If the above fails please provide the following information.

What type of computer are you using?
What type of graphics card are you using?
Do you know how to look in the Windows event log for errors?

I am using a PC, with a i7-8700K. GPU: Asus 2070. I do not know how to look into Windows event log for errors.
