From what you've described, it appears that the issue is not with the cBot itself but instead with the platform's access to the symbol data, likely due to your broker using non-standard symbol names (such as suffixes or prefixes on currency pairs). This would explain both the disconnection issue and the error during backtesting where the symbol cannot be found.
Unfortunately, this is something outside our control and is tied to how your broker has configured symbol availability within cTrader. I recommend reaching out directly to your broker or Spotware (the developers of cTrader) to confirm the correct symbol names and ensure historical data is available for those symbols.
